Main account got hacked this morning, so you can disregard it. I don’t really care since I rarely use this cursed app anyway, but didn’t want anyone to claim my old username, so I went ahead and created a new one.
people try to tell you that The Fabelmans is about Spielberg trying to work through his parents’ divorce, but the opening scene very clearly shows that it’s about how going to a movie made him insane
People telling the art director from Obsession “too bad, that’s what you signed up for” instead of collectively encouraging that once small budget films reach a certain number all cast and crew receive a bonus, is why we’ll never be free.
“AI is not going anywhere” is a PR line from a gen AI company press release that’s trying to make their bad broken technology seem inevitable. It’s bullshit. Please stop repeating it.
I’m more interested in what Scary Movie’s success could mean for the theatrical comedy than in the movie itself. Whatever you had pictured this would be, it’s exactly that. It’s more of the same, though seeing Anna Faris and Regina Hall’s banter does put a smile on my face.
SCARY MOVIE (2026) is exactly what you pictured it’d be!
Read @edgorteg's review and watch it tomorrow in theaters everywhere! 👻🔪

Scorsese storyboarded his classics with simple doodles and they turned out great, so this aspect of the pipeline being any higher fidelity just seems needlessly expensive and unnecessary
