Will McDonald was #1 pick for Jets. He was #142 rated lineman coming out of HS. Blossomed in '21 with 11.5 sacks & became AA.

Broderick Jones was #1 pick of Steelers. #2 rated O-Lineman of his HS class. Was not a starter in his freshman year at Georgia.

Lukas Van Ness was the #1 pick for Packers. He was the #160 rated D-Lineman coming out of HS. He was not even projected to be a starter for Iowa coming into the '22 season. BTW: Iowa had one of best Ds in FBS.

Peter Skoronski is the actual #1 pick of Titans. He was the #20 rated O-lineman coming out of HS. The fact he played for one of the worst offenses in FBS last year illustrates a great player can only take a program like Northwestern only so far.

Darnell Wright is the #1 pick for Tennessee. He was the #1 rated O-Lineman of his HS class! Vols have 3 starters back on O-Line but lose QB Hooker. Heupel such a good coach, short time to get his offense clicking again.

The Eagles select 6-3, 310 D-Lineman Jalen Carter. Was rated #15 D-Lineman coming out of HS. If all '22 interior starters for Georgia return, Bulldogs will have 5 returning interior defenders returning!

Bijan Richardson is the #1 pick for Falcons. He was the #4 rated RB coming out of HS. Lots of good & highly rated RBs return for the Longhorns. Great RB, but Longhorns will adjust quickly.

Tyree Wilson was #1 Pick for Raiders. He was #156 rated lineman coming out of HS. For what it's worth: he played for a sub-par defense at Texas Tech.

Paris Johnson, #1 pick as O-Linemen for Arizona. He was the #1 rated O-Lineman coming out of HS. If Buckeye line stays intact, the other four lineman starters in '22 ALL RETURN. Can you spell RELOAD.

Devon Witherspoon is the #1 pick for Seattle. Played for one of the most surprisingly good pass defenses in FBS in 2022. I have no rating for Witherspoon coming out of HS. Wasn't even mentioned by Phil Steele's guide in that 2022 preview. Man, is that unusual.

Anthony Richardson was #1 pick for Colts. Number 20 rated QB of his HS class. Potential QBs taking his rated place at Florida see Jack Miller as the #4 rated QB of his HS class. Have feeling HC Napier will do good job with Gators, no matter who is picked to play QB.
