📺 IN CASE YOU MISSED IT — MY GB NEWS INTERVIEW
My discussion with GB News with host @joshxhowie about the safeguarding concerns I have raised regarding Devon County Council and some of its third-party providers.
These are serious questions.
Cllr Ed Hill
The Free @SpeechUnion's @_ConnieShaw tells GB News' @PatrickChristys the truth. Jess Phillips has failed to recognise that Afghans are 22X more likely to commit a sexual offence than native Brits.
It's "the most patriarchal & disgusting society in the way they treat women."
@GBNEWS@MichelleDewbs It’s the same at @DevonCC , both officers and @LibDems are unable to answer basic safeguarding questions like:
If a model penis is acceptable (to them) in a public library, what isnt acceptable?
Cllr Ed Hill
'If you cannot answer that basic question with a straightforward "no" you should be absolutely nowhere near setting standards for schools.'
@MichelleDewbs responds to Minister of State for School Standards, Georgia Gould, not being able to answer if male teachers should supervise girls changing.

Cllr Ed Hill
Reform Councillor @edhill_reports in Exeter on Oct 2025 visited the Young Person's Day as part of Out There Queer Fest.
Advertised as family friendly, it contained models of genitalia, a condom fitting device, a penis girth measurer, sex toys, chemsex, services for people aged as young as 5, who could scan QR codes giving their contact details.
Dear @stonewalluk you assured us there was no correlation between LGBT & paedophilia?
@edhill_reports@joshxhowie Really sorry to hear that @LibDems councillors are not engaging with the serious safeguarding concerns you have raised. So much of what you said sounds familiar to a situation in Colchester (museum where inappropriate content put in areas children could access) 1/2
@edhill_reports@joshxhowie@LibDems There it was Pokémon cards rather than sweets that kids would be attracted to (and then be exposed to the 18+ material). Part 1 explains the situation: https://t.co/hcRC9V35iG but part 2 you may find more helpful and it goes through steps taken to address https://t.co/UKi8DYyHbj
@lamichly@GBNEWS An eight year old can enter the library unaccompanied. There was also no warning or description of what would be at the event.
One parent wrote to me and said that it took him completely by surprise. So even the most responsible parents couldn’t avoid it.
Cllr Ed Hill
‘The defence of the items in the library are a defence of the woke culture of where the council and society are going.’
Councillor Edward Hill discusses a clash between councillors over sex-education materials displayed at a family-friendly LGBT event at a library.
