$30 Tabs? Not in Washington.
Remember when Washington voters approved $30 vehicle tabs?
Now try registering a vehicle in Seattle, King County.
The $30 license-tab fee is still there—but it is only one piece of the bill.
According to the Washington Department of Licensing, everyone starts with a $43.25 basic fee, before other charges are added. Then King County residents can also face the Regional Transit Authority (RTA) excise tax, which helps fund Sound Transit. (Washington Labor & Industries)
And that’s before we get into all the other fees.
You can have:
• $30 license-tab fee
• $43.25+ basic registration fees
• Registration service fees
• Weight-based fees
• RTA tax for King County
• Local transportation fees
• Special plate fees
• EV surcharges
• Trailer and RV fees
• Boat registration fees
• ORV, ATV and snowmobile fees
And what do we pay every time we drive?
Gas taxes.
Then there’s insurance.
Then sales tax when we purchase the vehicle.
Then use taxes and other fees when applicable.
Then registration fees every year.
Then local transportation taxes.
At some point, you have to ask:
How many different ways can government charge us to own and operate the same vehicle?
The $30 tabs campaign was sold to voters as a way to keep vehicle registration affordable.
But the practical reality today is that $30 is nowhere close to the total cost of registering many vehicles in Seattle/King County.
And here’s the bigger question:
Where is all the money going?
Seattle and King County residents are paying into transportation through registration fees, RTA taxes, fuel taxes and other transportation-related charges.
Yet we’re constantly told that transportation needs more money.
More taxes.
More fees.
More tolls.
More surcharges.
More assessments.
At what point do we stop asking residents to pay more and start asking government to prove where the existing money is going?
If a voter-approved $30 tab can turn into a much larger annual bill by stacking additional taxes and fees on top of it, then we should have an honest conversation about what “$30 tabs” actually means.
Because to the average Washington driver:
$30 should mean $30—not $30 plus a dozen other charges.
And if the transportation system still needs more money after all those taxes and fees, maybe the problem isn’t that Washington drivers aren’t paying enough.
Maybe the problem is how we’re spending what we’re already paying.
This should be the thing that actually radicalizes people.

When are people going to wake up?
For how long will you accept this?

This was filmed about 9 days ago on the El Paso, Texas southern border with Mexico, less than a mile from the University of Texas El Paso. This is a daily occurrence and it’s not the only location getting breached. We cannot win this battle if we are not showing up, meaning we must occupy. No wall, no censors, no drones are worth the investment if we are not occupying the territory. All these things are irrelevant if we don’t have man power. No border wall is effective if it’s not properly manned. We need to occupy the territories across the southern and northern border. Why do we find funding for senseless wars that are not our problem to protect foreign rogue nations but we cannot for the life of us get proper border security to protect the homeland. This will only ramp up leading up to the elections coming up. There’s a huge bottleneck being created of individuals still arriving on the Mexican northern border with the US. I will begin exposing the NGOs behind it all. Please share these videos.
