issues or maybe they just don't want to or decided not to do anymore. Why can't they cancel it? Do they choose to just ignore it and let the customer wait? How rude and evil is that?

@CareemUAE I don't understand how you do training for your drivers. How can they accept a booking and not cancel it if they need to. Your customers are waiting for them to arrive and when we finally call them they would ask to cancel the booking because tire problem,
