@sltrib@brianmaffly Could we also do away with the archaic law that requires Utah to use as much water as possible for "beneficial use"? Pretty sure we could do a lot of good if we stopped selling water out of state and let the rivers and lakes recover.
@sltrib Just so we're clear: Utah lawmakers think our indigenous neighbors and friends are equivalent to animals. Those who have survived genocide would probably not like their cultural legacy to be reduced to high school mascots. #utpol
@CarlaBLABLABLA@sltrib It's interesting that Utah has had one of the highest rates of using available vaccines - we just weren't allotted as many during the initial rollout.

Today is Elizabeth Peratrovich Day. She was a member of the Tlingit nation who was instrumental in passing the first anti-discrimination law in the U.S.
I encourage everyone to honor her legacy by learning more about her work. https://t.co/8ekCMF3sXh
@POTUS Indeed, access to healthcare is a right, regardless of ability to pay. Medicare for all is the only way to ensure the wellbeing for all Americans equitably.
@sltrib Has Mr. Ott read the constitution? Like the whole thing? Because I'm pretty sure inciting insurrection is definitely in there as one of the things that's punishable by law. Mitt voted in line with the constitution, not against it.
@LGHendersonUtah@GovCox @UtahDepOfHealth Can't wait for our most at-risk Utahns to get vaccinated so more demographics can receive theirs. It's like Christmas is coming early!
@sltrib@tribjazz If anything, singing the national anthem feels more socialist than capitalist, right? Singing to a common identity rather than a corporate jingle really brings out that regard for your fellow American, doesn't it?
