The western section of #MetroLine2 in Warsaw has been taken into operation. edilon)(sedra supplied a state-of-the-art track system solution, based on Corkelast® EBS blocks and Trackelast® mats, offering optimal noise & vibration control especially for the critical city areas.
For the #Infrabel bridge project in #Genk Belgium, 200 m of edilon)(sedra Corkelast® ERS is installed. ERS significantly reduces the risk of rail fractures due to expansion and contraction of the steel bridge. The bridge is part of a major modernization plan of the Albert Canal.
Technology runs in our veins. We are continuously developing and testing our track systems, contributing to sustainable railway infrastructure. Here are two appealing examples of tests on Corkelast® ERS (Embedded Rail System) according to the European Standard series EN 13146.
We supplied 20.000m2 of Trackelast® mats for train tunnel project Delft, The Netherlands, according to ProRail specifications. Installation works are in full progress. The mats ensure a durable reduction of vibration emission to buildings and objects in the vicinity of the track.

One of the Spanish projects which we will highlight on our stand is the new track extension for the #ADIF station in the city of #León, with connections to Madrid and Gijón.
New Bederstrasse tram bridge in #Zurich. In accordance with #SBB requirements, drilling holes into the bridge deck was prohibited, which is the case when applying a traditional rail fastening system. This paved the way for the application of #CorkelastERS (Embedded Rail System).
