Hope is a wonderful device and we should always create hope for others. But for your own success, just hoping is not a winning strategy. Not until you convert hope into goals, goals into plan of action and start doing.
Studies show people who make a daily list of things they are grateful for show higher levels of optimism & enthusiasm, exercise more regularly and make greater progress on goals.
At the end of each day, list at least 3 things that happened that day for which you are grateful.
