@elteventsedin I have sent you at least 2 emails and 1 Facebook message requesting a refund for the Alex Arthur event that you cancelled (the 14.40 show). All of these have been completely ignored and I am still out of pocket. Please arrange for my refund to be sent to me ASAP
Old hub can't be reactivated and new hub faulty. Can't get an engineer until Wednesday = no internet. Currently using mobile hotspot to be able to work from home. The least you could do is increase my data allowance to unlimited until you have fixed the problem you caused.
@virginmedia you sent me a new hub 5 on Monday. Today I got a text saying you've activated it and now my old hub doesn't work. I've connected the new hub and there's a fault. Was told I'd get a call from an engineer within 4 hrs and haven't. Please reactivate my old hub asap
