@CllrScottArthur How will Edinburgh Council + the NHS in Edinburgh cope without the Black Cabs? They are an integral part of transport in Edinburgh, without them you would require a FULL 24 HOUR bus and Tram service and still require Black Cabs. People feel Safe in a Black Cab unlike Uber
