Too Short reveals he only recently learned from Lil Jon that Lil Jon created the beat for his hit song “Blow the Whistle” while trying to recreate the bassline sound of Too Short’s classic song “Freaky Tales” during sessions with E-40, before Lil Jon even knew the beat would ultimately go to Too Short.
Also, Too Short also opens up about how JAY-Z helped “Blow the Whistle” catch on in New York as he reflects on the song’s lasting impact 20 years later.

How they got here⁉️
I gat you‼️
Nore and Vlad go back to the late 2000s. Nore did a pile of VladTV interviews. Even in 2009 he was calling Vlad an instigator; Vlad’s answer then is the same one he uses now — public comments are journalism, private gossip is instigating‼️.
The first real public freeze was November 2020‼️. After Vlad’s comments about Louis Farrakhan, Nore asked him to pull every Nore clip off the channel. “He disrespected hip-hop… he didn’t say sorry.”‼️
They thawed it on camera in March 2024. Vlad sat on Drink Champs. Nore introduced him as a media pioneer‼️. Vlad’s version of the deal: I do your show, you do mine‼️. Nore later agreed to a VladTV sit-down, then stalled, then never showed‼️. That is the fuse‼️.
What started this round⁉️
Vlad went on Akademiks in August 2026 and said it out loud‼️. He did the three-hour Drink Champs episode, then got the runaround when it was time for Nore to sit on VladTV‼️.
“Nore is about Nore. His word don’t mean ish. He’s a snake.”‼️
He also said they argued, Nore told him “call me the n-word, I know you want to,” and Vlad answered that he has more Black kids than Nore does‼️.
Nore’s reply⁉️
Nore did not deny the agreement. He claimed the flake‼️.
“I don’t front everybody. I fronted on you.” Then the line that traveled: “I did to you what you do to our culture. I bent you over and I fucked you.” Grown man. Right to change his mind. “I don’t like you.”‼️
He stacked three extra charges: Vlad “tried to put Rick Ross in jail” (the 2008 civil suit after the Ozone Awards fight — a jury later awarded Vlad $300k); Vlad lives off “Black drama” and is “Jerry Springer now”; having Black kids does not get you into the cookout‼️.
Closer: “I played the game that you been playing for years. Welcome to the party.”‼️
Vlad’s reply⁉️
First the X post after vacation: he’s back, “I’m about to fuck shit up. Starting with Nore’s bitch ass. Get your popcorn ready.”‼️
Then the August 31 response video with Charleston White‼️.
His frame is professionalism, not culture war. Nore confirmed the flake on camera — that is the case‼️. A 2008 civil lawsuit is not snitching and does not put anyone in jail‼️. Nore’s 2026 interview is not a prize; Vlad says he wanted the word kept. He claims other guests got the same treatment: do Drink Champs, then get ghosted when they ask Nore to return the favor‼️.
He treats the “I bent you over like you bent the culture” line as cover for a broken handshake‼️.
In summary⁉️
This is Old tension + 2020 freeze + 2024 makeup episode with a swap that never happened + Vlad calling Nore a snake + Nore turning the no-show into a cultural payback speech + Vlad answering that the speech is cove‼️r.
Still live. Vlad promised more‼️. Nore already said he is not doing the interview‼️.
One to watch‼️💯
I was today years old when this one hit me harder than it should have.
We’ve all grabbed a cold can the same way for decades—pop the tab, hope it doesn’t spray, drink, repeat. Then you see a simple little move that changes how the whole thing works, and suddenly you’re sitting there wondering how many other everyday things you’ve been doing the long way your entire life.
That’s the part that got me. Not the can itself. The reminder.
Growing up we didn’t have videos showing us a better way. You learned from whoever was in the kitchen, or you just lived with the mess. Now these little “wait, what?” moments keep showing up, and they feel like a quiet gift. They keep you humble. They keep you curious. They remind you that you’re still allowed to learn something new even after the kids are grown and the grandkids are running around.
I already know I’m going to show this to the girls the next time they’re here. Not because they need a soda-can lesson, but because I want them to grow up believing there’s always another way to look at something if you stay open.
That’s the real value in a video like this. It isn’t just a hack. It’s a tiny invitation to stay awake to the small things.
What’s one of those “how did I not know this sooner” moments that still makes you shake your head?
Could Sam Wilson ever deliver this scene with the same aura Steve Rogers had?
“Before we get started, does anyone wanna get out?”
Absolutely no way. Steve was HIM.
