@realwillreil Keep the containers air tight as possible, and you may want to keep them in the fridge. Once the flux starts to dry out, the solder paste becomes almost useless (hard to spread, leaves streaks when spreading, leftover solderballs, etc). YMMV
@blind_via My company is having a hard time ordering PCBs with regular FR4 due to the high demand from AI companies so we have to use the next cheapest FR4 equivalent if we donโt want to wait weeks or months
@blind_via Looks like they only did that because they had a single sided PCB and nowhere for a right angle push button to solder to ๐
Creative!
If itโs stupid but it works, it ainโt stupid ๐
@blind_via maybe the footprint has that built-in? but why? somebody didn't take their time before sending this design to fab...that stuff should have been caught
@realwillreil@gclue_akira@JLCPCB FYI, you'll have to use @easyeda software because it knows how to export the required files for @JLCPCB to do the full color silkscreen.
EasyEDA Pro is now my favorite and go-to PCB design software for all my personal projects. It's not hard to learn, IMO.
