He holds an Ordinary Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering (Civil Engineering specialization) and has been actively involved in major infrastructure projects since 2017, serving as a Clerk of Works.
His responsibilities include overseeing community engagements, ensuring contract compliance with call-off order terms, monitoring provider performance and delivery obligations, facilitating client payment processes and timely certificate generation, and tracking project cost, quality, and time.
He also monitors project progress through daily and weekly reporting, attends technical and stakeholder meetings, and supervises subordinate staff to ensure effective project execution.
Through diligence, coordination, and technical oversight, he contributes to the successful delivery of public infrastructure projects that serve communities.
