Grace is what terminates struggle in the life of a person, and grace is increased and we increase in the knowledge of God’s word.
This new month, go for God’s word and give it your full attention and grace will increase in your life that will cause you to achieve much more.
It means that our obedience to God is not based on convenience but on conviction.
Sadly, many practice a Christianity of convenience, serving God when it is comfortable, when it suits their plans, or when it costs them nothing.
Christianity of convenience
Serving the Lord truthfully goes beyond what we say or profess. It is the place where our hearts are genuinely yielded to the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
Being yielded to the Lord means allowing His Word to govern our attitudes, decisions, and actions
Never say, “My spouse is too difficult, so I cannot do what the Word says.” God will never ask us to do something that He has not already empowered us to do. His commands always come with His grace.
The way you treat your spouse reveals the level of reverence you truly have for God.
Marriage is one of the clearest places where our relationship with God is expressed in practical ways.
Scripture says we are to submit to one another out of reverence for Christ. (Ephesians 5:21 NLT)
That means our conduct in marriage is first an act of worship to God before it is a response to our spouse.
and the kingdom we have been called into. The Christian life is not meant to be lived by emotions, culture, or personal opinions. We have our governing principles; our “bye-laws” and that is the Word of God.
It is easy to speak about loving God, but the real test often appears in how we speak, respond, and behave toward the person we live with every day.
I believe many of God’s people need to continue educating themselves about the life of Christ that we have received
Beginning in the Spirit and continuing in the Flesh
Many couples begin their marital journey by faith and prayer, but over time they begin to rely on human strength, emotions, and personal reasoning rather than the Spirit and the word of God
When couples allow the flesh; anger, pride, selfishness, resentment to dominate, conflict surely multiplies which results in separation and divorce. But when the Spirit governs their hearts, unity is preserved.
It is not enough to pray before the wedding; couples must continue to walk in the Spirit daily. The Bible says in Galatian 5:16“Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.”
