@CorbynistaTeen Itβs that simple really, isnβt it?
So much about tabloid press hounding people, vilifying celebrities until an untimely death causes them to flip sides. All true, but they follow the money. If enough people vote with their feet, journalists would have no choice but to change.
@emmagafielding @lucyjbriers Apologies for riffing on a private conversation,, but you've reminded me of this, by the always excellent @MooseAllain https://t.co/VolKQlKBrD
@CuriousUkTelly YES! I remember the theme tune, which commenced (if I remember correctly...)

βWhat ya been doing lately?β
βCanβt you tell?
(I could go on, were it not for Twitter limitations.)
@JosieLong @judeinlondon2 Sorry to be losing you, Josie, but look forward to seeing what you come up with. Please keep on with Short Cuts - I love it. Xx
@AbsolutelyStuff I love John Sparkes - Siadwel was part of my formative years. I remember him taking a pull on a bottle of whisky, nearly choking and saying "Uurgh - disgusting! No wonder drunks are always shouting." β€οΈ
@SoVeryBritish Have you noticed that the phrase 'it's quite good' means different things depending on which word you stress?
"It's quite *good*" = "I'm pleasantly surprised by how good it is".
"It's *quite* good" = "It's unspeakably awful".
