@gtbank Firstly your staff are telling me conflicting times. from 8 working days to 45 days??!! this is truly unfair. I've been put in a very difficult position. The 45 days now started on the 8th day which means in total I will have to wait 53 days to get my money back.

@gtbank Why should a refund take 45 days for something that is not my fault. If I make a payment online and the party I'm paying doesn't receive it, my money should be returned swiftly. This was an emergency ticket I was trying to book but I was left stranded

@gtbank on the 8th working day I contact the bank and I'm told the refund will take 45 days!!! That the transaction was an international transaction, though the payment was made in Naira, but showed up on my account in dollars.

@gtbank I would like to address the worst customer service ever! I made a payment online which I was debited for and the vendor did not receive the payment. I was told to contact my bank and request a refund. I did this and was told the refund will take 8 working days.
