தேர்தல் ஆணையத்திற்குக் கழகத்தின் சார்பில் நன்றியைத் தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறோம்.

விசில் என்பது மனிதர்களின் ஆனந்த ஆர்ப்பரிப்பின் வெளிப்பாடாக எழும் ஒலி.
ஓய்வறியாமல் இலக்கை நோக்கி உழைப்பவர்கள், அவ்விலக்கை அடைந்ததும் குதூகலத்தில் எழுப்பும் பேரொலி.
இன்னும் குறிப்பாகச் சொல்ல வேண்டுமெனில், மக்களின் பாதுகாவலர்கள் கையில் இருப்பதுதான் விசில். அந்த வகையில், விசிலைப் பாதுகாப்பின் அடையாளம் என்றும் குறிப்பிடலாம்.

குழந்தைகள் முதல் பெரியவர்கள் வரை, ஆண்கள், பெண்கள் என அனைவரின் உள்ளங்களிலும் உதடுகளிலும் எழும் விசில் ஒலி நேர்மறை நிகழ்வின் குறியீடும் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

தமிழக வெற்றிக் கழகம் ஈட்டப்போகும் வெற்றியை முன்கூட்டியே கணித்துக் கட்டியம் கூறும் வெகுஜன மக்களுக்கு நெருங்கிய சின்னமான விசில் நமக்கு ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதே நமக்கான ஊக்கமும் உத்வேகமும் என்பதே இயற்கையும் இறைவனும் நமக்கு அளித்திருக்கும் பரிசு.
