Incomprehensible. Really got to know him at ROC Miami. As expected, fierce competitor, really appreciated the time spent with him. More importantly, he is and was very present with this family and children. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
I’m deeply saddened by the news of Kyle Busch’s passing. It was truly an honor to race against him and share the speedway over the years. Kyle set the bar in the Truck Series and pushed every one of us to be better every time we unloaded at the track.
“This is an incredibly painful shock for all of us and a heartbreaking loss for the NASCAR family. Kyle was one of the most talented drivers I’ve ever seen and a racer in the truest sense of the word. He had a fire and competitive spirit that drove him to be great. I watched Kyle grow up in this sport and valued the friendship we shared long after he drove for our organization. As much as he loved to drive a race car, nothing brought him more joy than being a husband, a father and watching his son race. On behalf of everyone at Hendrick Motorsports, our hearts are with Samantha, Brexton, Lennix, Kurt and the Busch family.”
- Rick Hendrick, owner of Hendrick Motorsports
All of us at Road America are deeply saddened by the passing of Kyle Busch. We join the entire motorsports community in sending our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and fans. Godspeed Rowdy.
In light of today's tragic news, our drivers will not be appearing for autographs at Fan Day tomorrow.
Our Fan Day activities will remain open from 10 AM to 2 PM for fans to visit the shop and check out partner displays.
Thank you for your understanding.

A fierce competitor, a brilliant champion, and a true ambassador of motorsport.
Our thoughts go out to Kyle’s family, friends, and the entire NASCAR community.
Our hearts go out to Kyle’s family. Kyle had a massive impact on our community as a fierce competitor and as a friend. His contributions to the sport were immeasurable. Our prayers go out to Samantha, their children and the entire Busch family, as well as Richard Childress Racing, the NASCAR community and Kyle’s many friends and fans. A legend and champion forever.
We are devastated to hear of the passing of our friend and partner, NASCAR driver Kyle Busch. We began working with Kyle and his team at Richard Childress Racing three years ago, sponsoring him for NASCAR races. That relationship quickly grew as we came to recognize his ambition, kindness, and generosity.
On the track, he was one of the greatest of all time as the winningest driver in NASCAR history, with a combined total of 234 wins across all three of the sport's national series. Off the track, he was an even more legendary father, husband and friend. The Morgan and Busch relationship will live on through his son, Brexton, and his incredible family.
We are sending love to Samantha, Brexton, Lennix and the entire Richard Childress Racing Team and NASCAR community.
One of our favorite Kyle Busch moments in 2015.
Rowdy wins at Michigan in his first race back from a broken leg. It was Brexton's first trip to Victory Lane.
Devastated by this news. My heart is broken for Samantha, Brexton, Lennix, Tom, Gaye and Kurt. When words are never enough, prayers are all you have. All of mine today are with the Busch family. 🙏
