In Bihar, schools and HE institutions are struggling for survival. Primary health centres are in shambles. Lack of good hospitals and doctors in rural areas. Reform in agriculture is badly needed. Bihar should also ask package for improving health, education and farm sectors.

Budget 2024-25 should primarily focus on health, education and agriculture. The state of affairs in all the three is not so praiseworthy. Haphazard and not with clear vision of employment, internship to 1 crore youth may not serve the purpose of budgetary goal.
