@OpinionatedK @JamesQuinteroTX Slight correction after re-reading the ruling, the bill specifically mentions counties and cities as exempted from the bill but that implies it could apply to other public employers. The interesting interaction might be the scope of the Gov call and how the Lege can narrow it.
