There’s a quiet crisis among many young people today — not a lack of talent, but a lack of direction.
We are in a time where everyone is in a rush to “become something,” yet very few have taken the time to understand who they truly are. Without a clear sense of purpose, it’s easy to drift — from one opportunity to another, one passion to the next — without real fulfillment.
Purpose is not always loud or immediate. For many, it unfolds slowly. It requires patience, reflection, and sometimes uncomfortable honesty with oneself. The pressure to have everything figured out early can be overwhelming, but the truth is: clarity takes time.
Instead of chasing every trend or comparing timelines, young people need space to explore, to fail, and to grow. It’s in those moments of uncertainty that purpose begins to take shape.
Be patient with yourself. Invest in learning, stay curious, and pay attention to what consistently drives you. Your purpose is not lost — it is being formed.
The journey may feel slow, but it is not wasted. Stay patient.
