In fairness, @KilkennyNotices remove the stuff when its reported, but it should not be up to residents to monitor the situation. Enforcement and deterrance needs to be put in place, as it is now becoming a serious and repeated hazard
All of those examples were in a short period back in 2021, when I emailed all TDs and councillors whose addresses I could find. Only @JPPhelan office replied - the situation did get better for a time but it has now gone downhill again in a big way.
