What a beautiful end to a beautiful Holy Week, for He has Risen! This Holy Week was been more emotional for me for many reason. He has reminded me that he is turning ashes into something beautiful just like He did during Holy Week when he died to save us.

This Holy Week I’m reminded that death had no claim on Jesus! Just another reminder that God keeps showing me right now of how God changes ashes into something beautiful! #hehasrisen https://t.co/1qYf1FI6f9
Even in the storm, God is control and gives us peace and hope! ❤️ Thank you @fogKC for creating an opportunity for our church family to worship together and continue to live life together. #FaithOverFear
I so hope schools will consider this carefully. It's hard enough to teach new concepts when kids are in class and sitting in front of us. SO much harder to teach new concepts if they are at home. If your kids have gaps in skills/knowledge, might this be a good time to fill them?
Thank you to the robotics team for giving us a awesome demonstration at our assembly on Friday! Stuco is wishing them the best of luck at state this weekend! Go Pirates!
HUMAN BINGO... VOLUME UP!
Making class fun shouldn’t be rocket science or spending hrs on Pinterest.
Putting a twist on something small and making learning just a little different, is all part of captivating our students!

I always have moved from hard training to easy training, then back to hard. Coaches refer to this as periodization. You train relentlessly in pursuit of some important goal, then relax and cut mileage to gather strength for the next pursuit upward. It's the logical way to train.
Overtraining describes what happens when you train too hard or too often in a mistaken belief that more is better. Often, it is not. Signs of overtraining include chronically sore muscles, general fatigue, inability to sleep or eat properly and an elevated resting pulse.
