Almost every elected LA official supported defunding the police and blaming them for everything wrong with society between 2020 and 2022.

There are numerous homes in Los Angeles County, mine included, where our homeowner’s insurance just dropped us because we live in a “fire zone.” They did say in my case that I possibly could keep my insurance if I pay to build a moat around my home. Yeah - no.

When the state finally has its first hearing on this crisis, the insurance commissioner is a no show and the chair even tells fire victims to “wrap it up” when they were testifying. Victims always deserve a right to at least be heard. Clearly, the CA Legislature really isn’t serious about this issue.

Releasing murderers, limiting our right to defend ourselves, finding any way to be anti business, using our tax dollars for folks who aren’t even here legally, refusing to fund Prop 36, etc. - that’s really the Legislatures priorities. Serious issues that affect the everyday Californian - they can care less about. Vote differently.

George Gascón said in an interview yesterday that “a small group of his own deputy district attorneys” launched “right-wing challenges” to his directives on day 1. I do know that there is a “large group” of honorable DDA’s who go to work every single day to make sure Los Angeles is safe. And I can say after 17 years of handling thousands of child sexual & physical abuse cases, my political party has never come up once. It’s only George that politicizes justice. That’s how he won.

George then goes on to say that “there’s lots of people in this office who support our work.” Who? 98% of the DDA’s voted to support your recall & 38 cities voted that they have “no confidence” in you. George-your policies have failed to make us safer. Period.

Lastly, George says his policies are “saving lives.” This really is a slap in the face to every victim, survivor & surviving family member. This election isn’t about what political party you belong to, or George’s slogans or his false narrative, it’s about if you want a safer Los Angeles for you, your children & your family.

George Gascón has never done the job. He’s hired people who have never done the job. And he’s placed people in management who have never done the job.

George lacks the ability to implement reforms, he has no experience at all being a DDA, he has poor judgment & zero leadership skills.

As your DA, I will provide leadership day 1. I will hire more DDA’s. I will place experienced prosecutors in positions that are vital to justice for our communities.
