Hon. Porzio said mayor Adams has no authority to exempt certain workers from the mandate, when he issued E/O 62 in March 2022, exempting certain athletes from vaccine mandates in a move that was widely criticized for creating a weakness in the city’s legal positioning

@NYCMayor DC37 las always had certain locals working throughout the pandemic taking weekly Covid test and have never been vaccinated.
Local 1597 the custodial for CUNY has worked in close proximity with our children who were forced to get vaccinated to attend college.

@leemzeldin Would you believe there’s currently an illegal double jeopardy allowing some nyc workers under the same union DC37 to continue working with weekly Covid test local 1597 (colleges); yet I can’t set foot in there without a vaccination. AG office ignored all requests for inquiries.

There’re simply to great the concentration of weasels in the hen house disturbing the natural order of our country; swapping out joy for chaos & prayers for pain. What then be your purpose; if not to govern the statutes of our constitution justly & promote a healthier democracy?

What should be noted about the shifting of the literature in our state is that a form of silence has been unearthed; whereas I’ll always side with old capital & the neatness of their institutions.
NYS has turned RED for obvious reasons & I for one couldn’t be more grateful.
