Justice Adrian Fischer has just give judgement in D Alfred Conteh Vs APC within 90days in line with section 120(16) of D 1991 constitution after he withdrew D file for final judgment,but kept the Native Consortium Vs Africel/Orange/NATCOM for 9 months.What a selective justice?
