TRAFFIC UPDATE: With the Downtown Arts Festival this weekend, multiple street closures begin Thursday at 6 a.m. through 9 p.m. on Sunday. Visitors can park in the UCO campus parking lot on the west side of 1st and University and take a free shuttle to Littler Lawn.
