@LizClements @BrumCJC @kaz4den @birminghamcg22 My personal take is that cuts over the last thirty years of overall local authority council funding should be reversed, so lobbying should be number one. But also why not look at CAZ expansion and doing what London did and ploughing revenue back to busses etc.
