🚨First on WJLA: The U.S. Department of Education told me they initiated and directed an investigation into Loudoun County Public Schools after we reported that a student recorded more than 40 boys under bathroom stalls at Freedom High School in South Riding, Virginia.  

WJLA was the first to report on the situation at Freedom High School and how LCPS has known about this issue for much longer than they're telling the public. 

The U.S. Department of Education told me their investigation will determine whether LCPS violated Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX) by failing to prevent and properly redress allegations of sexual harassment.
