JUST IN: President Trump picks Katie Zacharia to replace Karoline Leavitt as the new White House press secretary.

Zacharia currently serves as a communications adviser to Trump Media and Technology Group, according to The New York Times.

Zacharia also worked at the Department of Homeland Security as a spokeswoman for then-Secretary Kristi Noem.

FIRST ON FOX: President Trump will award Elon Musk the National Medal of Science at the White House Thursday.

Musk will be honored alongside Google co-founder Sergey Brin, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang and AMD CEO Lisa Su. Michael Dell and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella will receive the National Medal of Technology and Innovation.

The ceremony marks Trump’s first time presenting the awards during either of his administrations and another step in Musk’s return to Trump’s orbit following their public feud.
