We spent the past 3 years helping our partners find, deploy, and orchestrate compute across 30+ clouds.
With the unprecedented demand on the market right now and the largest shortage of compute and power we’ve seen to date, we’re excited to launch Shadeform Capacity Solutions (SCS).
SCS starts with Shadeform delivering a full market wide assessment of available inventory and buildouts coming online in 2026 and 2027. If there is availability for your deployment, great - we work hard to deliver a reliable, scalable cluster on time and ready for your workload.
If there isn’t a planned deployment that matches, we build.
We work with our real estate, datacenter, OEM, and cloud partners to deliver a full packaged solution with compute installed and ready to go for your custom needs, so you can predictably scale.
We're not going vertically integrated. The way to think about it is that we're the developer and PM - we put together the assets, then deliver them to our cloud partners to extend their portfolio and manage and operate a new cluster for you. In a real estate model, our partners are the owner and property manager; we're the developer; our customers are the tenant.
We’re working with everyone from Hyperscalers, Fortune 500s, leading inference startups and labs, Neoclouds, and even NVIDIA themselves to deliver scaled capacity across the market.
We look forward to delivering more dedicated solutions for you and unblocking your team. If you’ve been hitting this wall, book a call with our team and we’ll help you derisk your compute rollout and minimize your TCO. Get started in the link in the comments.

The world needs honest and courageous entrepreneurs and communicators who care for the common good. We sometimes hear the saying: “Business is business!” In reality, it is not so. No one is absorbed by an organization to the point of becoming a mere cog or a simple function. Nor can there be true humanism without a critical sense, without the courage to ask questions: "Where are we going? For whom and for what are we working? How are we making the world a better place?"
Technological innovation can be a form of participation in the divine act of creation. It carries an ethical and spiritual weight, for every design choice expresses a vision of humanity. The Church therefore calls all builders of #AI to cultivate moral discernment as a fundamental part of their work—to develop systems that reflect justice, solidarity, and a genuine reverence for life.
@DrocksAlex2 alpha illiquidity reduces the primary benefits of bootstrapping a company within bittensor..
seems like the ecosystem jumped to too far of an extreme with dtao too early. Its now a hypercompetitive zerosum market with insane competition
@DrocksAlex2 you're now seeing people mine who have no philosophical stake in subnets and are just trying to monetize underutilized assets. Once that takes hold, there's exclusively downward pressure from miners
