So after a long chat with the @IndiGo6E rep and explaining the whole unfortunate ordeal in detail, all I get is a message that compensation is not possible! That’s your solution #IndiGoAirlines !!
So @IndiGo6E decided to cancel the 15 Jun CGK-BOM flight without any reasonable explanation. The only options a refund or reschedule. No compensation for the inconvenience & extra expenses, especially since this was the 2nd of my 3 connecting flights. #TravelWoes#IndiGoAirlines
