Have you met k8? The k8 Robotics kit is easy and fun to build! Introduce kids to coding with micro:bit and explore the world of robotics. Learn more here: https://t.co/NpI4SQB1Pt
If you're looking for ways to continue learning code at home we highly recommend checking out these @microbit_edu projects! Even if you don't have a micro:bit, you can use the virtual simulator in @MSMakeCode to practice programming. https://t.co/lynX5WCJNV
Sound ON! Loved the enthusiasm and creativity this gr5 student put into her code for K8! Can you believe this was her second time using @microbit_edu and first time with @eduK8canada ? @OCSB_LT#ocsb
So excited for a day of coding with @ScratchJr and @eduK8canada tomorrow @StGregoryOCSB . Our @OCSB_LT team is always happy to come and spend time in your classes - we’re just an email away! #ocsb
Here it is @AgScapeON.
You are seeing a k8 robot that we assembled @AllenbyPS_TDSB from a great Ontario company @InkSmith3D. The @k8edu is programmed with a microbit (@microbit_edu).
Please notice the dancing tulip LEDs as the robot transports a tulip bulb toward the bin.
These girls had the opportunity to explore coding & robotics with k8 at the 2nd annual Women in Tech Day w/ @EdmCathSchools.
The event, which is run in conjunction with #InternationalWomensDay, allows female students & teachers to learn & explore STEM technologies.
The k8 Modular Robotics Curriculum, which is included free with every k8 robot, is now available in Spanish!

At InkSmith, one of our goals is to make CS education more accessible for kids around the world. One way we are achieving this goal is by translating our curriculum into other languages. Today we're releasing our Spanish Climate Action Kit 🌎Curriculum! https://t.co/ql0pUsRCon
We finally worked our way up to try out K8 for the first time. Students asked me if they could stay in every recess for the next month just to work with their microbits and K8, if that’s not engagement I don’t know what is 😂😁 @InkSmith3D#microbit@fvalleyes@OCDSB
If you're looking for creative ways to use your k8 robot in the classroom check out our new blog post! **wink**wink** This post features quite a few of our followers' pictures and videos from the classroom! 😉 https://t.co/xquaezyl6v
3 weeks to go! Submissions for the @microbit_edu
close on 28th Feb, don't miss out! See how your students can change the 🌏 with tech. Tag someone you think should get involved 👉 https://t.co/JLIXSvrRm7 🙌
We coded one Microbit to be the controller and the other to drive the robot. Instant remote controlled robot!! Thanks @InkSmith3D I want 10 more now. @stulowe80 @AmandaGTeach
