@Ccrypto5 We do have the Roulette in BL4, same thing. But yeah somehow it felt more unique in BL3, maybe because the bonuses in roulette are not as comparatively impactful although on paper they are similar
@Byrdman Id be happy with year two even if its not story dlc, like add engaging activities to the main game, maybe one more story pack if any, and a VH and quality of life improvements and we gucci. In bl3 apl i remember were the new skill trees and the Dome thing.
YOOOO SIDE MISSION UNIQUES ARE BACK!!!!!! @Ki11ersix@EpicNNG@Lazy_Data please someone confirm if this was just on DLC or all side missions in base game too. @GearboxOfficial you cooked with this
@Ki11ersix@GearboxOfficial I think the genius of making the 3 branches in each tree is that no matter how much you spec in the base branch, you need to choose a branch to keep unlocking. That helps to not be able to pick anything. But some branches need balance love
@lil_gasmask And if the tree on its own doesnt enable the build, have items that do. Example: with Elpis Star shield i could convert forgedrone damage to gun damage, but the shield effect can only happen one instance at a time and the meteor damage does not scale from what procs it :(
@lil_gasmask Well you did make 3 gun builds there so 😅 if only i could kill Origo with the Rafa turret or lance, the Amon Forgedrones or any of his blue augments, Vex pet or minions in a not clunky fashion. Every VH should have gun build accessible (looter shooter), but also skill builds
@lil_gasmask Look at amon. Each of his augments and captsone look very cool and different, but nobody uses anything other than Force of Nature/Blade of Tempest/base Firewall cause there is no reason to
@lil_gasmask Idk man, i really do like having multiple skills per character. Each augment in theory should provide enough customizability, the issue is we dont feel them because very few are super viable in endgame. Which goes back to the same core issue...lack of balance.
@Azulafeetlover@Ki11ersix@GearboxOfficial@Borderlands@MoxsyOG If you play a lot of other critically acclaimed open world games, you can see that you dont need loading screens for environment variety. Again, its not about the concept, its about GBX's execution
