@CoachBalto #kidsafetypatrols... a few years back, there were sidewalks 1 mile in all directions from all schools. Kids were required to walk in those 'districts'. Kids learned to be 'safety patrolers' with police dept. guidance and mentoring...now...where are these people-oriented things?
