Yesterday a group of friends and I visited a beach and were absolutely horrified seeing the amount of rubbish washed up. Plastic tubs, bottle caps, even car parts and a broom! We spent hours filling the tubs!

For my unit, there will be a minor and major projects:
1. Organise a whole class and community clean-up the beach day.
2. Design a new school recycling system.
