@RobinBuxton3 @EmileyDavies Both fantastic initiatives..at our school the HT bought in a dozen Dominoes Pizzas at the end of term, a slice for every teacher..it was a heartfelt and much appreciated gesture that more than made up for the many soul-destroying initiatives and petty indignities over the term

@DanWuori Unsatisfactory......the child has not had their learning scaffolded to a sufficient degree. Also, a concerning lack of metacognitove reflection on behalf of the learner points to weak direction from the senior leadership team.....I suggest the appointment of another assistant HT
