@missdcox Yup - and you have to be honest. The whole point of a 360 survey is for the subject of the survey to face their shortfalls - once the data comes in and they quantify the results, they should use the feedback to grow into their leadership mould - honest reflection is key!

@BraithwaiteMiss The poetry courses helped me immensely in developing my subject knowledge - I had the whole department develop their subject knoweldge in this fashion during the first lock down
