I initiated funds transfer using my mobile app for 2 different payment and the recipients of both payments are yet to receive funds while I already got debited.

I have sent emails, DMs and tried calling customer service but not response.

@UNIONBANK_NG @UNIONBANK_NG Why is it so difficult getting a debit card?? I've requested then got called from the customer care, even told me when it will be available but still nothing yet for over one month. Very Sad, I need it URGENTLY for smooth transactions
