Love the idea of a "working with me" doc.
You can send it to people you're working with so everybody's on the same page about how you want to be treated and how people should work with you. Probably saves six months of relationship building.

Signs you could be doing remote work better:

They need to learn how to rest, disconnect, and have a life outside of work so they don't constantly burn out.
Leadership isn't barking orders or making demands (that's a sign of insecurity). Leadership is engaging on a personal level to help your team become their best. It's about their growth, not your ego.
