Today, I ran into an Enrolled nurse that I taught 10yrs ago. He recognised me and was proud of his successful career (even featured in a doc about rural nurses). He was the difficult student sitting in the back barely contributing. Feels good to be a small part of his success!

I’m not hearing just one How Did I Get Here.
I’m hearing two stories running in parallel.
And no, this isn’t dramatic theory.
