Good progress but where the money is going and the fact no home tickets for PL games prove this is punishment on the Club and not the owner. Emails continue (but might be able to go to Madrid so nicer)

#Chelsea have been granted permission to sell tickets for away games. They can sell tickets for #UCL and FA Cup home and away matches.
