Before I ever became a top tier recruiter, life gave me a crash course in human nature. How?
Brooklyn born and raised.
My father was “Brooklyn Jimmy” Cassas, a legendary NYC pool hustler from the old 7-11 and Ames billiards scene, running in the same circles as Jersey Red. Stuff from the movies. 💯
Between the ages of 7 and 15, family tragedy and profound loss changed the course of my life.
No traditional roadmap.
Plenty of hard knocks.
A few wrong turns.
And some remarkable comebacks.
Life has been my classroom. Human nature became my lifelong study.
At 20, I found my calling in headhunting people. Two decades later, it’s been quite a ride.

Just a Brooklyn kid who built a life he never imagined.
Still curious. Still learning.
Still betting on people.
Still a regular guy.
Looking forward to meaningful connections here on the mighty @X 🤝
Stay powerful in all you do ~ Ed
What is the real value in this?
Do people just really post on @X about how many followers they are gaining?
Then when they gain followers, they shout out the followers.
Then when they get more followers they say something about the followers.
Then they talk about how much they are growing their followers.
To what end?
Question of the day? Where does the real value come into play with that person? Honestly.
Someone make it make sense…
