This is a wrong way to sell credit card and I have seen this happen only with kotak

My mom had got more than 3 calls asking here for home address, where as she has not applied for credit card but the agents are pitching as follows

I have been getting calls for bill payment. I spoke to the CC for removing add on connection, they removed and they didn't I from anything about this so I stopped using now I'm being charged and I have been receiving call for it.
