Connectivity today is completely geographically fragmented. You're a Verizon customer in the US, but the second you move to Europe you're someone else's customer. A business operating in 10 countries has 10 different telecom relationships.

Starlink fixes that.

The next move: SpaceX launches its own cellular brand. Default satellite, fail over to cellular. Right now it's the reverse.

Between the insane reaction to @DNIGabbard's bombshell announcement about US-funded biolabs in Ukraine and the frantic backlash to Bill Pulte's nomination as Acting DNI, I just have to ask: what are they trying to hide?

Why jump immediately to "Tulsi is a Russian spy!" instead of, I don't know, making sure the pathogens in these biolabs in a WARZONE are properly destroyed? And why threaten to pull FISA support? These people would do anything to protect FISA! They're bluffing. But why?

It's funny how it always works this way. Someone from outside the status quo gets close to auditing foreign entanglements and suddenly, the defense goes nuclear. That just seems like fear of exposure.

No more secrets. No more “trust us.” Just radical honesty. Expose it all to the light. Please, President Trump: call their bluff. They won't let FISA lapse. Leverage this moment for real reform.

Giga Berlin would be a mystery if not for the drone work of the Wolfpack brothers @wolfpackberlin Andreas & Robert, legendary drone pilots who have documented the factory's construction from the start of tree removal & then over 4½ years!

They provided stunning views of the factory construction & innovated a moving map & infographic overlays on their videos, something I really liked & influenced my video editing as I began covering the construction of Giga Texas, which started work about 6 months after Giga Berlin broke ground.

We were able to enjoy a nice dinner the evening before & we talked a lot about their cinematic style of drone videos covering the factory! I really enjoyed spending time with them & learning more about how they got started covering the construction of Giga Berlin!

English was a bit of a challenge for them in the interview, but their passion, expertise and knowledge of the site still comes through.

Ron Baron said today that he bought $1 billion of @SpaceX IPO shares last Friday, and said that all of Baron Capital's $SPCX holdings are now worth $25 billion.

"I think we're going to make hundreds of billions of dollars; If you read the prospectus, you realize what they (SpaceX) have done is not possible for anyone else to accomplish. He's trying to save humanity"

This was really fun & was nearly 1 year in the making!

Last July, @N628TS from @TeslaClubGER (along with a large group of other @Tesla Owners) came to Austin to try out the @Robotaxi service. At that time, only a few of us had app access, so I offered to give them all a chance to try it out & we did dozens of rides that day!

Fast forward almost a year to Flachau, Austria at the @TeslaClubAT Takeover Europe event last week, & what a surprise ... he asked me to sign his beautiful @Tesla Roadster! We even caught it on video! What an honor that spans the Atlantic Ocean & many countries!

Despite all the dire predictions from the doomer crowd, last night’s UFC event at the White House was pure magic. The weather was fantastic—cool, breezy, and rain-free—and the much-hyped “mosquito apocalypse” turned out to be more fake news.

BREAKING: SpaceX raised $85.7 billion in its IPO, the company says.

That is $10.7 billion more than the $75 billion first reported.

The extra cash came from underwriters fully exercising their overallotment option.

They bought 83 million more shares on top of the base deal.

Full exercise in 3 trading days signals very strong investor demand.

SpaceX sold a total of 638.8 million shares at $135 each.

The stock closed Friday up 19% at $160.95 under ticker SPCX.

It is the largest IPO ever, on either Nasdaq or the New York Stock Exchange.

Giga Texas’s Test Track is operational with Cybercabs driving on it today! This video clip is from Nate @StarbaseBrewing and shows two Cybercabs using the track … view from the ground slightly obstructed by trees and vegetation, but I hear many Cybercabs have been using the track today.

The photo is from the air and made by @AirwaveDynamics recently to show the current state of construction. Much of the road surfaces are now paved and marked,m along with rumble strips on the central straight section. More work remains to finish the track, but nice to see it in action.

I’ll be flying on Wednesday after the rains leave the area and I get back on schedule after returning home after 2 weeks in Europe. In the meantime, check this out!
