@EG86RTB@PrimeMaki Rocco and the Twins are probably middle of the pack when it comes to leaning into analytics or whatever you think Rocco ball is. The tigers have gone all the way in and maybe we should too
@PrimeMaki He has been pretty terrible this year. His numbers are decent because he has hit a couple home runs down 10 runs. Just someone of his archetype shouldn’t be batting in the top half of the order either
@court_iorg@NeutralBucksFan@VicOladipo People like him think they are so much smarter than everyone. It’s game 7 of the finals man it just was a terrible thing to happen but what’s the point of anything if he doesn’t play
@MarkMccaul19616@bigmacadamia55 Watch some of those games. Perimeter defense is night and day since nobody wanted to shoot threes. You could stand upright 5 feet off of a guy. You have to defend the whole court now. Wanna know how much more distance players cover now compared to previous decades.
The pitch before this, @SabatoAaron got buzzed with a fastball up and in. That didn't make him too happy, so he did THIS with the next pitch. Make it back-to-back games with a home run for Sabato. He now has 11 home runs in 46 games (9 with @WindSurgeICT & 2 with us)
@hoopsenjoyer12 Why? Don’t see the need to take a swing right when the team figured it out? We were in the WCF man it’s all about maximizing the amount of chances we can while ant is here. Going for KD does the opposite imo. I’m not all against another big trade but this is not the one I’d do
I think we need some consistency with a roster for once. Flipping dudes around ant and Jaden every 12 months just feels like a never ending cycle of adapting to a new team. Try to run it back as much as possible and get off to a good start to the season this time around
TC has to move on man. How many times can we just keep flipping rosters and always be learning how to play with each other. Even with Rudy’s faults, a full regular season without him we might just bleed away points.
Kevin Durant’s list of preferred teams is now known.
The Suns have also made clear that they have to prioritize the best deal for them.
That’s why the door cannot be completely closed on Minnesota just yet. Reporting w/ @sam_amick

@HumbleW42315015@Jacobtheclipper These playoffs have had as physical of perimeter defense as we’ve seen in a long time. Watch any older game they aren’t even close to each other because nobody could shoot. Everyone hates the flopping but overall physicality is high rn
@AramLeighton8 Wow this was very high quality aram! Know its lots of work and would be difficult to do often but just seeing video and visuals do make some points more digestible as a listener. Think this kind of content could explode in popularity as its concise but in depth at the same time
That’s how defense has been played all series for both teams it has been handsy. Think it’s fair for people to be upset that a non basketball play that hasn’t happened all game decides a huge possession under 5 mins in a close finals game
@Side_of_FriesGK@NoTechBen It’s good they are finally letting them be hands for the most part. They give the offense every other advantage and with modern spacing you have to let them be physical on the perimeter for anyone to have a chance
