@Erwin_AI The reason is : your mind doesn't realize your body has two articulations around your hips. The sacrofemoral (hips to legs) and the sacrovertebral (hips to spine). When you sit, only the former should bend. Work sacrofemoral flexibility, then you can sit straight like a Buddha.

@Android why can't I create more than 100 alarms ? It seems like such a useless limit. Also, I wish I could choose to silence the alarms entirely when phone is on mute but not when it's on vibrate. Right now only one option for both...
