@VACreditUnion I have called three different numbers and was told there is no one who has access to my account to answer my questions. I wal also hung up on. I asked what I could do and was told to wait until Monday. I would love to speak with someone who can actually help me. Any ideas?

@FitbitSupport I just got a new Sense2, and it is new out of the package. When I turn it on, the Fitbit symbol flashes, and then I get a red X. Help, please.
