What’s more frustrating is that it’s usually during paydays
@TalktoBPI It’s already June 15, 5pm and your system is still not usable? What’s wrong with your IT system? I mean it’s almost always have problem every pag pay period!

@TalktoBPI Your system has been down for more than 12 hours now. I believe we have the right to know what’s really happening. I don’t think this is just a maintenance issue. Be transparent if you’ve been compromised.
