Always so inspirational @RichardMunang Leaning new key words/ideas from you each time I read from you. We must see and cease opportunities to divise solutions from challenges which appear to most as work, because they are dressed in overalls.
In the face of challenges, it is common to seek proven solutions. However, progress often lies in uncharted territory. We must start with what we have, fueled by self-belief and the will to innovate. Our belief in ourselves will guide us to drive transformational solutions. Challenges should be seen not as insurmountable obstacles, but as opportunities for growth and change. Even if a path or solution hasn't been proven elsewhere, it's our resolve to make it work that truly matters. We are the architects of the future, capable of turning challenges into opportunities with courage, belief, and commitment
Intellectual facts. We are learning alot from your positive mindset, humility and above all resilience against the odds. You are a pillar of honour to be emulated. #FuryNgannou@francis_ngannou#WeProudOfYouNgannou

When you walk the path of life, you may notice an eerie silence. A silence that comes from the lack of attention, the lack of recognition. It's as if the world around you isn't interested, isn't caring, and it may seem this way until you bring something of value to the table. This is a hard truth that many have faced, and it is a truth I felt compelled to share with the young people among us.
It's easy to feel disheartened, to feel as if you're constantly striving for a pat on the back that never arrives. But here's the most important thing to remember: your worth isn't defined by the gaze of others, but by the effort and dedication you put into your endeavors.
You don't need to worry about where you are now, or how unnoticed your efforts might seem. What matters is not the applause of the audience, but the passion in your performance. The important thing is to focus on what you can do now, the present moment that is in your hands. Because it is what you do well now that will open the doors to a brighter future.
There is a common tendency, a trap that many fall into - the trap of worrying about tomorrow, to the point where they forget to live today. The anxiety about the future can be paralyzing, leaving us immobile, accomplishing nothing today. But remember, every tomorrow is born from the womb of today. What you do today, the seeds you sow now, will blossom into the fruits of your future.
You might feel as if you are losing time, as if every tick of the clock is a reminder of your perceived stagnation. But it is important to remember that time isn't lost when it's invested in self-improvement, in honing your skills, in bettering yourself. Because the tomorrows of your life are built on the todays.
So, take heart and march forward. Do your best, focus on the present, and let your actions speak for themselves. You are not unnoticed, you are not unappreciated - you're just laying the foundations for a future that will recognize and celebrate your worth.
Let this be a call to action, a beacon of inspiration. Strive for excellence, not for recognition. Build your value, not your visibility. And remember, the doors to your future are unlocked not by the keys of worry, but by the keys of action. Aspire, act, achieve - for your tomorrow is a product of what you do today.
Embrace the age-old wisdom, 'Actions speak louder than words.' From discussions to deeds, our actions reflect our character & integrity. As President @BarackObama said, 'Just learn how to get stuff done.' Let's prioritize tasks, drive completion & lead by example. Power lies in what we do! 💪 #PowerOfAction #GettingThingsDone #Leadership
On this #WorldEnvironmentDay2023 , let's tackle the global crisis of #PlasticPollution. Africa produces just 6% of plastic but deals with 90% of ocean plastic waste. A shift to a circular economy in plastics could save us $4.5 trillion by 2040, reduce GHG emissions by 25%, and create more jobs. It's time to #BeatPlasticPollution. 🌍💚 #CircularEconomy #ClimateAction @UNEP @UNEP_Africa

African countries have taken the first step towards becoming more climate-resilient by revising their policies and plans. But it's not enough to stop there. The real change will happen when we bring those policies down to the ground and implement them. It's not just a government responsibility, but it's everyone's responsibility to contribute towards finding solutions to combat climate change. One of the most promising signs is that young people are already coming up with innovative solutions. For instance, they are developing #solardryers to reduce #postharvest losses, and they're turning waste into fuel #briquettes to replace #charcoal. We all have a part to play in fighting #climatechange. Tune in to my discussion and learn how #climateaction can be a smart #investment opportunity. #opportunity
